Completed exterior of the Lighthouse Remodel by JMO Custom Construction

JMO case study · first remodel project

The Lighthouse
Remodel.

JMO’s first remodel project, documented from structural framing and roof work through the completed exterior.

Project story

Where the remodel
story began.

Lighthouse was JMO's first remodel project. The photographs show the home as a major new upper structure, roof system, and dormers took shape above the original level—followed by the finished exterior.

It is an early example of the careful structural work and practical field execution that still define JMO today.
