Full Google review“Javier’s team built our dream home for us, which won the prestigious People’s Choice ‘Favorite Home’ award in the 2025 SLC Parade of Homes. It’s a large complex home, three levels, 20-foot ceilings, a large pedestal deck with overhangs, a racquetball court, a large theater, even a custom-framed Hobbit space. His team found engineering errors on our plan and addressed them on-site, carefully explaining what was needed and why. They used new materials and advanced techniques to help our home certify as a passive house, including a double-sheeted roof and using thermal studs for all exterior walls. The house achieved a 0.46 ACH50 for air tightness, an incredible achievement and verifiable proof of JMO’s extraordinary build quality. They were friendly and worked extremely hard throughout the winter. Our builder trusts them completely, and so do I. From a stressful project we’ve come to be good friends. I heartily recommend JMO for even the most advanced framing projects.”
